1. Order Processing Time

At ASFashionCollections, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, processing time may take slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

At present, international shipping is not available.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters or unexpected events

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable during offers)
    OR
  • A standard shipping fee may be applied at checkout based on location and order value.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available).
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery status.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days, please contact us.

6. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct shipping address
  • Accurate contact number

ASFashionCollections will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

In case of delivery failure due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable at delivery location
  • Refusal to accept order

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for sending the order again.


8. Damaged Package During Delivery

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged
    OR
  • Take clear photos/videos of the package and product
  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
