Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At ASFashionCollections, we strive to provide high-quality products. Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is available

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Design or color dislike
  • Size issues (unless incorrect size delivered)
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

2. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at asfashioncollection21@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

3. Replacement Policy

If the return is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
  • If the same product is not available, an alternative product or refund will be offered.

Replacement shipping charges will be covered by ASFashionCollections if the issue is due to our error.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Replacement is not possible
  • Return request is approved after inspection

Refund details:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only:

  • Before the order is shipped

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Damaged Package Handling

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

Failure to report within the specified time may result in rejection of the return request.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Items purchased during special clearance sales (if applicable)

8. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:
